Duž cijele hrvatske obale, od Savudrije do Prevlake, uzdižu se tihi čuvari mora – svjetionici Jadrana. Stoljećima su pomagali pomorcima da pronađu put kroz oluje, maglu i tamu, a danas svijetle kao simboli identiteta, povijesti i povezanosti čovjeka s morem.
U sklopu projekta Obalom Hrvatske, svjetionici dobivaju posebno mjesto – kao svjedoci vremena i točke koje spajaju prošlost i sadašnjost našeg pomorskog nasljeđa.
Svaki od njih nosi svoju priču:
Savudrija – najstariji svjetionik na Jadranu, čuva sjeverne ulaze u naše more.
Veli Rat – na Dugom otoku poznat je po toplini svog žutog kamena i legendi o srcu zazidanom u temeljima.
Palagruža – usamljena i moćna, stoji na sredini Jadrana – između kopna i beskraja.
Iako su nekada bili mjesta teškog, samotnog života svjetioničara, danas mnogi svjetionici žive novi život – kao spomenici kulture, atraktivne turističke destinacije ili mjesta mira i inspiracije.
Na našem putovanju Obalom Hrvatske, svjetionici će biti jedna od niti koja povezuje sve točke jadranske priče – od prirodne ljepote do kulturne baštine, od starih legendi do suvremenih izazova očuvanja mora.
Jer svjetionici nisu samo orijentiri pomorcima. Oni su svjetlo koje povezuje sve nas uz obalu – prošle, sadašnje i buduće generacije koje dijele isti Jadran.

Along the entire Croatian coastline, from Savudrija to Prevlaka, stand the silent guardians of the sea – the lighthouses of the Adriatic.
For centuries, they have helped sailors find their way through storms, fog, and darkness, and today they shine as symbols of identity, history, and the unbreakable bond between people and the sea.
As part of the Obalom Hrvatske project, lighthouses take on a special role – as witnesses of time and as landmarks connecting the past and present of our maritime heritage.
Each one tells its own story.
Savudrija, the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, guards the northern entrance to our sea.
Veli Rat, on Dugi Otok, is known for the warmth of its yellow stone and the legend of a heart sealed within its foundations.
And Palagruža, remote and mighty, stands in the middle of the Adriatic – between land and infinity.
Although once places of solitude and demanding life for lighthouse keepers, many of these lighthouses now live a new life – as cultural monuments, unique tourist destinations, or sanctuaries of peace and inspiration.
On our journey Along the Coast of Croatia, the lighthouses will serve as one of the threads connecting every point of the Adriatic story – from natural beauty to cultural heritage, from ancient legends to modern efforts to preserve the sea.Because lighthouses are not just guides for sailors.
They are the light that connects us all along the coast – past, present, and future generations who share the same Adriatic.
