Upravo takva mjesta predstavljaju dušu projekta „Obalom Hrvatske“ – jedinstvenog putovanja koje će, u ljeto 2026., u realnom vremenu povezati cijelu hrvatsku obalu. Cilj projekta je prikazati Hrvatsku ne samo kao turističku destinaciju, već kao živu priču o ljudima, tradiciji i prirodi koja nas oblikuje.
Tržnice kao živi muzej obale
Tržnice su mikrokozmos svakog grada – od riječkog placa i zadarske tržnice pa sve do splitskog Pazara i dubrovačke Gundulićeve poljane. Na njima se najbolje vidi što znači „živjeti uz more“: miješanje jezika, mirisa i generacija, razmjena osmijeha i proizvoda iz ruku koje znaju kako izgleda rad od zore.
Dok brod projekta Obalom Hrvatske bude plovio od sjevera prema jugu, tržnice će biti jedna od važnih postaja – svaka sa svojom pričom, svojom bojom i svojim ljudima. Kroz objektiv kamere i pripovijedanje uživo, gledatelji će moći osjetiti energiju ovih mjesta, kao da i sami šeću među štandovima, kušaju masline i razgovaraju s prodavačima.
Autentičnost kao misija
„Obalom Hrvatske“ želi pokazati ono što rijetko stane u turističke brošure – istinsku, toplu i ljudsku Hrvatsku. Tržnice su upravo takva mjesta: autentična, iskrena i nepromijenjena unatoč vremenu. One su poveznica između prošlosti i sadašnjosti, domaćih ljudi i onih koji tek otkrivaju našu obalu.

Markets as Living Museums of the Coast
Markets are the beating hearts of coastal towns — from Rijeka’s bustling “plac” and Zadar’s colorful stalls to Split’s legendary “Pazar” and Dubrovnik’s historic Gundulić Square.
They reveal what it truly means to live by the sea: a blend of languages, aromas, and generations; an exchange of smiles, stories, and products made by skilled hands that have worked since dawn.
As the Along the Croatian Coast vessel sails southward, these markets will be key stops on the route — each with its own story, flavor, and local characters. Through live broadcasts and authentic storytelling, viewers will be able to experience the energy of these places — as if walking among the stands, tasting olives, and chatting with the vendors themselves.
Authenticity as a Mission
